Antitrust in Dynamic Settings
Antitrust enforcement has been criticized for over-emphasizing static aspects of competition while under-playing more dynamic aspects. This session will ask if enforcement could productively focus more on longer-term aspects of competition, or whether that would open the door to speculation and inconsistency in enforcement decisions.
