Eric Emch will participate in this demonstration-based ABA Merger Practice Workshop, which presents a comprehensive look at the lifecycle of a multijurisdictional merger investigation through demonstrations of a hypothetical merger case and debriefings to provide real-time insight into best practices. Dr. Emch will take part in two demonstrations in the investigation lifecycle, representing the government agency perspective: (1) the initial HSR waiting period and (2) substantive advocacy, or the litigation and remedy phase. After the audience has voted on whether the deal should go through, he will also take part in the hypothetical agency discussion of that decision.
