In 2017, mergers and acquisitions activity rose 13%, with more $1 billion+ deals being announced than in any prior year. That momentum is expected to continue, as approximately half of middle-market healthcare executives make plans to merge or acquire businesses.
Partner Cory Capps will be a panelist at this event, discussing how mergers, acquisitions, and innovation are poised to create a significant shift in the delivery of patient care. He and The Hill’s healthcare reporter Rachel Roubein will speak with an audience that includes members of the media, business leaders, healthcare industry stakeholders, patient advocacy groups, researchers, and academics about how to best measure the performance of healthcare mergers and acquisitions. They will also discuss how these changes can be used to improve the quality, accuracy and efficiency of patient care.
