Bates White is proud to announce its exceptional placement in the Vault 2025 Best Internships rankings. The firm secured the #4 spot on the list of 2025 Best Consulting Internships and ranked #29 overall of 300 participating programs across all industries, despite twice as many companies being ranked this year as compared to last year. Bates White also ranked highly on the 2025 Best Internships for Real-Life Experience list (#10) and 2025 Best Internships for Training & Mentoring list (#11).
To compile the rankings, Vault surveyed thousands of current and former interns in the summer of 2024. Respondents were asked to rate their internship experiences in areas such as interview process, quality of life, compensation and benefits, diversity, career development, and full-time employment prospects.
When completing the survey, respondents consistently praised Bates White’s culture and career development. They noted the friendly, supportive, and understanding environment. Summer Consultants enjoyed working on client cases and appreciated the opportunity to do rigorous and challenging work. They also noted receiving mentorship from colleagues at all levels.
Bates White’s 10-week program for Summer Consultants includes extensive training, hands-on quantitative and qualitative client work on actual cases, mentoring by firm leaders, social events, and opportunities to organize a community service project.
