Vault named Bates White’s Summer Consultant Program the #1 internship program for consulting firms and #13 for all firms in 2020.
Vault is a resource for students looking for insider information about the best companies to work for. Rankings are based on Vault’s survey of nearly 14,000 interns from more than 100 internship programs. Respondents rate their experience in six categories: interview process, quality of life, compensation and benefits, diversity, career development, and full-time employment prospects.
One former Summer Consultant noted on the survey, “Bates White is a great place to work, where people are mentored and challenged every day.” Another commented that the firm has an “amazing and unique collegial culture.” Another past Summer Consultant stated, “I think I learned more during my 10 weeks at Bates White than during my first 3 years of college combined.”
Bates White offers a 10-week program for Summer Consultants that includes extensive training, hands-on quantitative and qualitative client work on actual cases, mentoring by firm leaders, social events, and opportunities to organize a community service project. “This recognition of our summer internship program reflects our commitment to providing a culture where every employee has opportunities to grow and contribute to the firm’s success. We are proud to be recognized as the best program for all consulting firms,” said Charlie Mullin, Bates White Managing Partner.
