  • Supported testifying experts and counsel with data analysis of marketing, prescribing, and shipment data to evaluate causation and damages on behalf of Allergan concerning allegations of inappropriate marketing of prescription opioids in wide-ranging, multi-jurisdictional litigation. 
  • Supported the expert in evaluating allegedly anticompetitive pharmaceutical “pay for delay” and line extension conduct and calculated damages for an opt-out plaintiff using claims and rebate data.
  • Provided consulting support and supported the testifying expert in calculating damages using an “analogue analysis” on behalf of plaintiff regarding allegations of anticompetitive conduct that resulted in overcharges it paid. 
  • Supported counsel with fact discovery, including by reviewing and evaluating transactional claims data, on a matter involving novel allegations of tortious contract interference and deceptive trade practices related to manufacturer copay assistance programs.
