Summary
Stacy Reyan serves as Bates White’s Chief People Officer and is a member of its senior leadership team. In this capacity, she has leadership responsibility for developing and retaining the firm’s most important asset—its people. She leads and oversees the Human Resources function with a particular focus on the employee experience.
Ms. Reyan has more than 20 years’ experience in HR management. Her expertise includes organizational development, talent management, training and professional development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, diversity, and HR technology. Prior to joining Bates White, Ms. Reyan was Chief HR Officer for McGuireWoods LLP, where her accomplishments included designing a dashboard to track key drivers of retention and development of diverse groups and introducing a coaching model for newly promoted managers that provided tailored development for those new to their management roles. Before working at McGuireWoods, Ms. Reyan led human resources for APCO Worldwide and worked in HR at Porter Novelli, the American Diabetes Association, USAfrica Airways, and User Technology Associates.
