George Rozanski and Slava Zayats provided economic analysis on behalf of NFP Corp., a provider of insurance brokerage and consulting services, in its $13.4 billion sale to Aon. Drs. Rozanski and Zayats assisted with multiple submissions to the Department of Justice, focusing on competition for middle-market clients in the provision of services in commercial risk brokering, health and benefits consulting, and wealth and retirement plans. The matter concluded without a Second Request, and the transaction was consummated in 2024.
