In its 10th year, Visit Seattle’s Annual Hotel Symposium is intended to assist the organization’s hotel partners in the development of annual budgets, providing a common platform of information relevant to 2018 and beyond. Presenters at the Symposium bring a broad range of knowledge and expertise in economic trends, market performance, forecasting, and changing supply. New additions this year include an overview on the state of commercial real estate in the region, and forecast and new supply guidance for Bellevue and Sea-Tac in addition to Downtown Seattle. The information presented is specific to the region, and may include national trends that owners and management companies are familiar with.
