"So Much Information – So Many Requests for It!” Association of Washington Cities Labor Relations Institute

Diana Shukis and Andrea Bradford will present at the Association of Washington Cities' Labor Relations Institute conference.

They will be providing an overview of important requirements and parameters when responding to Public Records Act requests, information requests from a union, and discovery requests in a lawsuit that may seek the same information or overlapping information. The framework and applicable law is different for each type of request, which creates complexity and potential difficulties at every turn.
