Foster Garvey is pleased to welcome Ethan Rodgers, who has joined the firm’s Investment Management practice in Seattle. Ethan focuses primarily in domestic and international investments for public and private institutional investors across a range of alternative investments, including private equity funds, hedge funds, and domestic and global real estate funds. He also focuses on the tax aspects of domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, tender offers, exchange offers, securitizations and debt restructurings.
Ethan received his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law, his J.D. (cum laude) from the University of North Dakota School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor for the North Dakota Law Review, and his B.S. (cum laude) from North Dakota State University.
