Foster Garvey is pleased to announce the addition of Marcia McCraw as a Staff Attorney in the firm's Commercial & IP Transactions and Hospitality, Travel & Tourism groups. She is based in the firm's Seattle office.
Marcia brings significant experience in commercial and real estate transactions, corporate law and regulatory compliance, allowing her to provide effective and efficient counsel to her clients in the hospitality industry.
She advises clients in commercial real estate closings, real property acquisition and sale, corporate formation and governance, risk management and regulatory compliance. Marcia has also negotiated, drafted and reviewed a broad range of agreements, including SaaS, non-disclosure, professional service, licensing, marketing, vendor, service, management, franchise, employment, incentive, commercial lease, purchase/sale, financing, subordination, promissory note, buyer and seller agent.
Having worked in diverse legal roles throughout her career, including senior in-house counsel roles for both hospitality and assisted living companies and in private practice at AmLaw 200 law firms, Marcia brings a unique perspective to her clients and their business operations, allowing her to spot issues early and provide practical guidance.
