Overview
Brad focuses his practice in the areas of environmental and land use law, assisting clients with permitting, compliance and regulatory matters under federal and state laws involving water quality and use, air quality, hazardous substance releases and hazardous waste.
Brad is experienced in defending administrative and civil enforcement actions, environmental and land use permitting and litigation. His background encompasses the remediation of contaminated industrial and commercial sites, the distribution of liability for cleanup costs under state and federal regulations and conducting environmental due diligence for real estate and business transactions.
He has defended against environmental enforcement actions and citizen lawsuits and handled administrative and judicial appeals in both federal and state courts, including before the Pollution Control and Growth Management Hearing Boards.
Prior to joining Foster Garvey, Brad was a partner at environmental and natural resources law firm, Doll Mack Wells PLLC.
