Kat is an Associate in the Business & Corporate Finance Practice.

Kat's broad experience includes serving as a Law Clerk and Summer Associate at various Philadelphia-based boutique firms. She also spent time with the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and gained exposure to several legal areas, including intellectual property and non-profit organization and formation.

Kat represents clients in the food and beverage and CPG sectors, as well as in sports and entertainment, cosmetics and beauty. She has experience assisting with a wide variety of contracts and agreements. Kat assists clients with their transactional needs and compliance with applicable requirements.
