Rachel supports Foster Garvey's employee benefit, executive compensation and tax attorneys in the implementation and operation of ESOPs and other qualified retirement plans.
With a background in pension administration and consulting, Rachel has more than 30 years of experience. She is responsible for plan document preparation and submission; on-going document maintenance for more than 150 defined contribution plans, including summary plan descriptions, amendments, corporate resolutions, plan terminations, and IRS compliance resolution programs; and the preparation of DOL audit responses and Voluntary Fiduciary Compliance Program applications.
