Scott represents corporations and local government clients before federal and state administrative agencies, trial and appellate courts and Congress. His practice encompasses air quality and waste-to-energy matters, surface and groundwater protection, Superfund (Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act), resource recovery and environmental planning for industrial companies (utilities/oil production and refining) and local government agencies.
