Overview
Silviya has more than 15 years of experience as an immigration paralegal. She works to bring foreign talent and unite families in the United States.
She assists with start-to-finish preparation of a broad range of immigration petitions with focus on employment-based petitions, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-1 and E-2, E-3, TN, P, PERM, I-140, and family-based petitions, such as Adjustment of Status (AOS), Change of Status (COS) and more.
Silviya assists clients by conducting research, assembling petition documentation, drafting immigration documents, monitoring deadlines, checking for completeness of materials, and coordinating filings and related follow-up, as well as preparing presentations on various employment-related visas.
