Overview
The Foster Garvey Intellectual Property Litigation team invests the time and resources to develop and execute effective strategies in IP disputes, including patent, copyright, trademark, licensing and trade secret matters. Our representation of both plaintiffs and defendants better positions us to accomplish favorable outcomes for our clients. Our approach includes preventative measures and pre-litigation planning to strengthen our client’s position before actions commence. When litigation arises, however, we vigorously represent interests of our client. We have appeared in state and federal courts throughout the United States, including the U.S. Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Our practice includes experienced patent attorneys who have significant experience in post-grant procedures and inter partes review as well as covered business method post-grant review, ex parte and inter partes reexaminations.
