The touchstone of effective representation is adaptability. Litigators must have the ability to think quickly and continually respond to changes in the legal landscape. As a young attorney, I am fortunate to have the opportunity to work on matters involving starkly different areas of the law. I enjoy the challenge of developing strategic and effective solutions for clients in order to achieve their desired outcome.
Mr. Vaccaro concentrates his practice in commercial litigation. His experience encompasses various areas of civil litigation at both the state and federal level, including contract and business disputes, construction matters, employment law, insurance coverage, consumer fraud, real estate and personal injury matters.
In the area of construction law, Mr. Vaccaro has asserted and defended claims on behalf of developers, contractors, condominium associations and other entities in connection with design and construction defect litigation. His experience in construction disputes includes matters involving breach of contract, the Consumer Fraud Act, and the Planned Real Estate Development Full Disclosure Act (PREDFDA). He has represented contractors and property owners in construction lien disputes in both AAA arbitration proceedings and in court, and has been successful in having invalid construction liens discharged, obtaining an attorney fee award for his client. He has also successfully obtained emergent relief on behalf of a condominium association needing to conduct emergency repairs.
