W. Raymond Felton, Chair of the firm’s Corporate Department, will lecture at the full-day “2020 New Jersey M & A Conference - COVID-19 Edition,” which will be presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education as a live webinar on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 from 9:00am – 4:00pm (ET).
This program will provide an update on the law surrounding mergers and acquisitions. COVID-19 has significantly altered the deal-making landscape. This year’s version of this important annual conference will provide advice and strategies for today’s changed environment for attorneys, accountants, investment bankers and other business intermediaries, lenders, private equity, venture capital and other investors, business owners and executives, insurance brokers, and other advisors and stakeholders involved in private small and middle-market M&A in New Jersey.

Mr. Felton concentrates his practice in the areas of corporation, LLC and partnership formation, operations and agreements, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, reorganizations, joint ventures, employment law, and the financing of transactions through both public and private equity and debt.
