Three partners in the firm’s Litigation Department, Nancy Isaacson, Luke J. Kealy and Gary K. Wolinetz, are panelists at the upcoming “2nd Annual Landlord Tenant Law” seminar, to be presented by Sterling Education Services on Wednesday, February 12th from 8:30am to 4:30pm at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick, NJ.
The program will address methods for managing the risk and maximizing the reward of landlord-tenant relations. Topics to be covered include: Lease Drafting, Structuring, and Negotiating; Landlord and Tenant Rights and Obligations; Evictions: Excuses and Traps When Things Go Bad; Landlord or Tenant Files Bankruptcy; and Ethical Considerations in Landlord-Tenant Law.
Ms. Isaacson concentrates her practice on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights law. She also has significant experience in commercial litigation. Mr. Kealy has a diverse practice consisting of the litigation and resolution of complex commercial matters, including disputes involving contract, real estate, partnership, professional malpractice, construction, insurance, intellectual property and environmental law. Mr. Wolinetz focuses his practice on complex commercial, real estate and trust and estate litigation.
