Barry S. Goodman, a partner in the Litigation Department in Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP, will be a presenter at the upcoming NAIOP NJ seminar on, “Advanced Ethics for Commercial Real Estate Brokers/Salespersons.” James Rhatican of Wolff and Samson will co-present the October 17, 2012 seminar with Mr. Goodman.
Mr. Goodman serves as Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Brokerage Practice Group and concentrates his practice in real estate and real estate brokerage issues, as well as antitrust suits, corporate shareholders’ and partnership disputes and municipal law. He currently serves as General Counsel to the New Jersey Association of REALTORS®. He is the author of New Jersey Real Estate Brokerage Law, published by New Jersey Law Journal Books (2011-2012), and is a frequent lecturer on real estate brokerage topics.
