Forshner, co-Chair of the firm’s Redevelopment & Land Use Department, will moderate a live webinar on “COVID Issues in the Building Industry,” which will be presented on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 from 9:00am – 12:00pm. The program is being presented by the New Jersey Builders Association for NJBA members. Jemi Goulian Lucey, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, will be a panelist for the presentation.
