Greenbaum partners Steven Nudelman and Stephanie G. Reckord will be on the faculty for the “Construction Law Symposium” to be presented in-person at the New Jersey Law Center on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 from 9:00am – 4:00pm. The program will also be broadcast as a live webinar and will be hosted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.

This full day seminar will focus on the latest challenges and trends in construction law, including a deep dive into new construction law challenges and critical issues.  

Mr. Nudelman will be present the segment “Design professionals: Prevent Theft of IP Using Artificial Intelligence and Plan Stamping.” Ms. Reckord will moderate a panel discussion on “Ethical Considerations for Construction Lawyers.” Other segments will focus on the Consumer Fraud Act, UCC and common law as applied to goods and services, insurance issues, and other hot topics and practice tips related to the construction law practice area.

Mr. Nudelman, Chair of the firm’s Construction Contracting & Risk Management Practice, is a partner in the firm’s Litigation and Real Estate Departments. For over 25 years he has represented members of the construction industry across a broad spectrum of matters.  He is the Immediate Past Co-Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Construction Law Section and a Charter Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America.

Ms. Reckord, Co-Chair of the firm’s Construction Disputes Practice Group, is a partner in the Litigation and Family Law Departments. She focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, including matters in the areas of banking, employment, family law, trusts & estates, class action defense, consumer fraud, construction and commercial real estate. She is Co-Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Construction Law Section and a Construction Lawyers Society of America Fellow.
