The Hon. Glenn Berman (Ret.) and Steven Nudelman, members of the firm’s Litigation Department and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group, will serve as panelists for the program “Dispute Resolution and its Many Features – Limitless Possibilities for the 21st Century: A Celebration of the Entire ADR Community,” to be presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) on Thursday, September 30, 2021 from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick.

This special program, organized by the leadership of the NJSBA’s Dispute Resolution Section (DRS), commemorates the 40th anniversary of the DRS and the 30th anniversary of the Court’s Complementary Dispute Resolution Program. The program will culminate with a wine and cheese reception with colleagues of the DRS, the Justice Marie L. Garibaldi American Inn of Court, and the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM).

Judge Berman will participate in a session focused on “Family Law” at 10:30 am. He focuses his practice on mediation, arbitration, and discovery management of complex family, commercial, estate/probate, real estate and general equity matters. His work also encompasses special master services, settlement conferences and law enforcement investigations enhanced by his expertise from his many years of service to New Jersey’s Judiciary.

Mr. Nudelman will participate in a session on “Commercial and Business Law/Construction” at 1:00 pm. As Chair of the firm’s Construction Contracting & Risk Management Practice Group and a member of the Construction Disputes Practice Group, he represents owners and developers, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors design professionals and others in both transactional matters and construction litigation, mediations and arbitrations.
