Robert B. Hille, a partner in the firm’s Healthcare and Litigation Departments, will speak at the live webinar “Keeping Your Records & Keeping Your License: Recordkeeping, Misappropriation & Beyond” on Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 8:00am -9:45am. The program is part of the Mercer County Bar Association’s Xtreme CLE 2021, which this year will be presented virtually on the Zoom platform.
This presentation will provide a detailed overview of the disciplinary system in New Jersey, including the intersection between the Office of Attorney Ethics and the District Ethics Committees, and will review the Rules of Professional Conduct and highlight common areas of concern and how to avoid them for both private and government attorneys. The presentation will also provide guidance on the interplay between ethics violations, malpractice claims and the appropriate coverage.
The two-day Xtreme CLE 2021 agenda features 30 seminars and 96 speakers addressing the latest developments in the law, emerging areas of practice, technology issues, and other topics of interest to members of the Bar.
Mr. Hille focuses his practice in the areas of insurance and healthcare law. He has extensive trial experience and has litigated a number of insurance defense and coverage, healthcare, professional liability defense, fraud and abuse, and regulatory matters. Mr. Hille has published and lectured widely in his areas of concentration. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.
