The Hon. Glenn Berman (Ret.), Of Counsel in the firm’s Litigation Department, will be a presenter for a webinar on “Gen X Divorce: Legal Insights and Strategies,” to be hosted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education on Monday, August 26, 2024 from 12:00pm – 2:00pm.

This online seminar will focus on the unique challenges and opportunities associated with divorce cases for Generation X individuals. The program is tailored to both new and experienced attorneys who want to deepen their understanding and refine their skills in navigating the complexities of divorce for this demographic, including their specific needs and concerns, career considerations, asset division and co-parenting dynamics.

The program agenda will delve into the financial aspects of Gen X divorces, such as retirement accounts, investments and business ownership, to ensure equitable settlements. The panel will provide insights into handling advanced custody arrangements and support issues, focusing on the best interests of children and fair support agreements.
