Glen Berman, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, will be a participant in the “8th Annual Great Conversations” hosted by Morris Arts. The program will be held on April 21, 2016 at The Madison Hotel in Morristown beginning at 6:00pm.
Great Conversations connects attendees with prominent individuals from all walks of life who facilitate a thoughtful exchange of ideas around the dining table. Judge Berman will be participating as a Host Conversationalist.
Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Glenn Berman garnered a wealth of experience from his many years of service to New Jersey’s Judiciary. He served in the Superior Court of Middlesex County, was appointed Prosecutor for Middlesex County, and returned to the bench to serve first as Presiding Judge of the Family Part, and subsequently as one of two judges assigned to the Chancery Part - General Equity, where he presided over probate, foreclosure, and complex commercial disputes. During this time, he was also designated as Acting Criminal Part Presiding Judge and Acting Assignment Judge.
Before returning to private practice, Judge Berman was specially designated to preside over New Jersey’s 2012 landmark cyberbullying case, State of New Jersey v. Dharun Ravi. He now focuses his practice on mediation, arbitration, and discovery management of complex family, commercial, estate/probate, real estate and general equity matters. His practice area also encompasses special master services, settlement conferences and law enforcement investigations.
