Emily A. Kaller, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, will speak at a New Jersey State Bar Association seminar on “Responding to Federal Investigations and Handling Electronically Stored Information in Investigations.” The program is sponsored by the Bar’s Women in the Profession and Criminal Law Sections and will be held on February 12, 2013 at the Law Center in New Brunswick. Ms. Kaller’s co-panelist is Daniel Neier, CPA of Sobel & Co.
Ms. Kaller is currently serving as Chair of the Women in the Profession Section. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation, including disputes arising under licensing agreements, asset sale agreements, financing and credit facilities, and environmental litigation. She has represented financial institutions in consumer class actions. Her work in chancery practice includes estate litigation, claims for injunctive relief in business disputes, shareholder disputes and restrictive covenants.
