Sean R. McGowan, a partner and Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department, will be a panelist for a presentation on “Hot Topics in Commercial Real Estate” at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2024 Annual Meeting and Convention. The program is scheduled for Thursday, May 16 from 3:30pm – 5:00pm at the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in Atlantic City.

This program will feature a panel of real estate attorneys discussing the latest trends in the law involving retail, office and industrial transactions, including sales, financing and insurance.

Mr. McGowan focuses his practice in the area of real estate law. His experience encompasses all aspects of development, redevelopment, land use and zoning, real property transactions, project financing, and the representation of clients on issues related to property management, landlord-tenant matters, and day-to-day business counseling. He also serves as counsel to one of the major sewerage authorities in the state and has previously served as counsel to other public entities.
