Other topics to be addressed during this webinar are student loan forgiveness, Title IX issues, and ADA accommodations and mental health. A segment on the legal landscape involving college discipline will include a discussion of the requirement for sexual violence response and prevention training for student-athletes and athletic department employees, as well as internal proceedings employed in colleges and universities when a victim comes forth.

Ms. Lucey is a partner in the firm’s Employment Law, Litigation and Healthcare Departments.
