This year’s Conference theme is “How to Get Feet on the Street – in Your Downtown!” It will focus on programs, initiatives and creative ways to improve the economic vitality of the downtown retail environment. The Honorable U.S. Senator Cory Booker, a recognized national statesman and a huge supporter of downtown growth and economic revitalization, is the special invited luncheon speaker at the event. Christopher Daggett, who brings extensive expertise in public arts and development to his role as CEO of the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, will be the Plenary Speaker.
Mr. Goldsmith's practice focuses on redevelopment, downtown and urban revitalization, transit oriented development, project financing and incentives, sustainable building initiatives and public-private partnerships. His experience encompasses counseling clients on the specialized issues in redevelopment related to parking demand, design and construction.
