The New Jersey State Bar Association will host a joint CLE presentation of its Renewable Energy, Cleantech and Climate Change Committee and Environmental Law Section on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at 6:00pm, at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick.
"The Latest Environmental and Energy Issues and Legislation" will feature a panel discussion by New Jersey legislators and environmental attorneys. The panel will address a number of current environmental and energy issues, as well as recently enacted and potential future legislation related to environmental and energy law, including:
- The NJDEP's new Waiver Rule
- Alternative Fuel Vehicles
- Issues Related to Barnegat Bay
- Stabilization of the SREC market
Attorney Maura E. Blau, a member of our Environmental Department and co-Chair of the NJSBA Renewable Energy, Cleantech and Climate Change Committee, will be joined on the panel by the Hon. Bob Smith, Chair of the New Jersey Senate Environment and Energy Committee; Mitchell H. Kizner, Esq. of Flaster Greenberg PC; and Roger M. Schwarz, Esq. of Issues Management LLC.
