Sean R. McGowan, Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department, will be a panelist for the seminar “Legal Trends in Land Use Law,” to be presented at the 2023 Atlantic Builders Convention on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 from 2:00pm – 3:30pm.
Legislation, regulations and court decisions relating to the land development review process continue to modify the legal framework within which real estate is developed. Mr. McGowan and other land use attorneys will examine the most recent significant changes and discuss their implication for the future.
Mr. McGowan focuses his practice in the area of real estate law. His experience encompasses all aspects of development, redevelopment, land use and zoning, real property transactions, project financing, and the representation of clients on issues related to property management, landlord-tenant matters, and day-to-day business counseling. He also serves as serves as counsel to one of the major sewerage authorities in the state and has previously served as counsel to other public entities.
