Sean R. McGowan, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Redevelopment & Land Use Departments, will be a panelist for the seminar “Legal Trends in Land Use Law,” to be presented at the 2021 Atlantic Builders Convention on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 from 2:00pm – 3:45pm.
Legislation, regulations and court decisions relating to the land development review process continue to modify the legal framework within which real estate is developed. Mr. McGowan will join a panel of land use attorneys to examine the most recent significant changes and discuss their implications for the future.
Mr. McGowan focuses his practice in the area of real estate law. His experience encompasses all aspects of development, redevelopment, land use and zoning, real property transactions, project financing, and the representation of clients on issues related to property management, landlord-tenant matters, and day-to-day business counseling.
