Jemi Goulian Lucey, a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, will lecture at the program “Legal Ethics of Email,” to be hosted by NBI Seminars on December 14, 2016 at the Holiday Inn in South Plainfield. The program will run from 8:45am – 12:00pm.
Ms. Lucey’s presentation will focus on the following topics:
- Sending emails to clients, opposing counsel, the court and third parties
- Inadvertent disclosure
- Creation and termination of attorney-client relationship
Ms. Lucey concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, with a particular focus on complex commercial litigation, professional negligence defense and the productive use of litigation technology to reduce litigation costs and increase efficiency. She represents clients across a broad range of matters, including construction and engineering, civil fraud and business torts, employment related matters, commercial contract disputes, banking and professional malpractice.
