Christine F. Li, Chair of the firm’s Community Association Practice Group, will moderator the seminar “What Would You Do? – Legal Issues Impacting Community Associations” on Tuesday, September 26, 2017.  The Legal Forum presentation is being sponsored by the Community Associations Institute New Jersey Chapter (CAI-NJ), and will take place at the Stonebridge Community Association in Monroe Township from 9:20am – 12:30pm.

Ms. Li will moderate a panel discussion among leading attorneys practicing in the niche area of community association law. Property managers, board members, lawyers and other community association professionals are invited to join in the discussion at this interactive program.

Ms. Li focuses her practice in real estate, with a concentration in planned real estate development law and condominium law.  Her community association representation includes general counseling, collections, and alternative dispute resolution.
