Christine F. Li is the organizer and moderator of the seminar “Mastering Community Association Law Issues,” to be presented at the New Jersey Law Center on Thursday, February 13, 2020 from 9:00am – 1:00pm. by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, in cooperation with the New Jersey State Bar Association Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section and the Community Associations Institute, New Jersey Chapter (CAI-NJ).
Ms. Li will lead a panel of experienced community association law practitioners in a presentation on the problems that community associations face across a wide range of timely legal topics, including smoking, harassment in housing, privacy issues and contracts. The program will also feature a “Panel of Pundits” Q&A session and an ethics session for association attorneys.
Ms. Li is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department. She is co-Chair of the Community Association Practice Group and Chair of the Planned Real Estate Practice Group. She focuses her practice in real estate, with a concentration in planned real estate development law and condominium law.
