Christine F. Li, a partner in the Real Estate Department, and Robert J. Flanagan III, an associate in the Litigation Department, will speak on the faculty of a seminar on “Condominium Law,” to be presented by the New Jersey State Bar Foundation on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 from 7:00 – 9:00pm at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick.  Admission is free and is open to the public, however reservations are required.

Ms. Li and Mr. Flanagan will discuss the special issues faced by condominiums and solutions to the financial and operational problems worsened by difficult economic times. The program will detail the benefits of condominium ownership and address how to enhance the advantages of condominium living and the value of investments that owners have made in their homes.

Ms. Li is Chair of the firm’s Community Association Practice Group, of which Mr. Flanagan is a member. Attorneys in this practice area advise board members and property managers on a broad range of legal issues facing condominiums, cooperatives, and other common interest communities throughout New Jersey.
