Christine F. Li will be a participant at the New Jersey State Bar Association Annual Meeting being held May 15-17 in Atlantic City, NJ. Ms. Li will speak at a Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section program on “Planned Real Estate and Community Association Law - Issues and Updates.” The session will offer a discussion of the legal and practical concerns associated with the development of common interest ownership projects.
Ms. Li was the recipient of the Section’s 2013 Arthur S. Horn Distinguished Service Award in recognition of her significant contributions to the development of real property law in New Jersey. She is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department and chair of its Planned Real Estate Practice Group. She focuses her practice in condominium and planned real estate development law, including the conversion of rental properties to the condominium form of ownership, mixed-use developments, commercial and business condominiums, workouts of distressed communities, community association law, and the registration of planned real estate developments with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs.
