Steven Nudelman, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, will be the guest speaker at the September meeting of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (“ASPE”) – New Jersey Chapter. The program, “Professional Liability – Safeguards When Specifying Product Substitutions,” will be held on September 26, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the APA Hotel Woodbridge in Iselin.

His clients include owners, contractors, design professionals, subcontractors and suppliers involved in public and private construction projects throughout New Jersey. He also represents community associations, unit owners and developers in lawsuits involving construction defects, budgeting and financing issues, and condominium governance.
