Maja M. Obradovic, counsel in the firm’s Litigation Department, will participate in this year’s Professionalism Day CLE Seminar hosted by the Middlesex County Bar Association. “Professionalism: In Court, Making a Deal, and at Your Desk” will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at the Middlesex County Courthouse in New Brunswick, starting at 1:45pm. Ms. Obradovic will lecture on “The Challenges of Electronic Communication & Social Media.”

Ms. Obradovic concentrates her practice in litigation, with a particular focus in employment litigation and bankruptcy reorganization matters. She has experience in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels.  Her employment litigation experience includes the defense of a variety of employment discrimination, whistleblower, wrongful discharge, and restrictive covenant claims.  Her bankruptcy experience includes all aspects of the representation of Chapter 11 debtors, including her significant participation in the successful dissolution of an international corporate entity. 

Ms. Obradovic is a frequent lecturer on social media topics.
