Jessica M. Carroll, Counsel in the firm’s Employment Law, Healthcare and Litigation Departments, will be a panelist for a live webinar on “The Evolving Landscape of Patient Privacy: Post-Dobbs & Beyond,” which will be hosted by the New Jersey Hospital Association (NJHA) on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, from 11:00am – 12:00pm.

She has authored numerous articles for the firm’s Healthcare Perspectives blog addressing legal and ethical issues related to the aftermath of the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in Dobbs overturning Roe v.
