Motions in limine are a tool used by the parties to focus the issues of a case before a trial begins. At times, these motions are also used during trial to avoid the jury hearing prejudicial testimony. Mr. Hille focuses his practice in the areas of insurance and healthcare law. He has extensive trial experience and has litigated a number of insurance defense and coverage, healthcare, professional liability defense, fraud and abuse, and regulatory matters. His experience also encompasses the representation of clients in response to state and federal white collar investigations, including those involving allegations and charges of healthcare fraud and abuse and the procurement of fraudulent payments from government entities.
