Jemi Goulian Lucey, Counsel in the firm’s Litigation Department, will moderate and lecture at the program “The Nuts and Bolts of Federal Practice: Everything You Need to Know To Handle Federal Matters With Confidence.” Greenbaum litigation partner Christopher D. Adams will be a panelist for the program, which will be presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE), in cooperation with the NJSBA Federal Practice and Procedure Section, on Monday, November 4, 2019 from 5:25pm – 9:00pm (ET) at the New Jersey Law Center.

This program will provide attendees with the necessary foundation to handle federal cases by focusing on federal court practice and procedure issues.  Topics to be discussed include:

Ms. Lucey is a trial attorney who concentrates her practice on employment, higher education and professional negligence law. She represents private and public entities and institutions of higher learning in employment discrimination and retaliation actions, professional negligence matters, Title IX claims, and business disputes. She also lectures and consults on human resources law and guides employers through the practical implications of various state and federal laws affecting employers.

Mr. Adams concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense, internal investigations, attorney ethics matters and disciplinary proceedings, and complex commercial litigation.  With a national practice that has encompassed the representation of high profile individuals, Mr. Adams has served as counsel to professional athletes, elected officials and candidates for public office, political campaigns, and numerous public and private business entities.
