Pralgever, a partner in the firm’s Litigation and Employment Law Departments, has been appointed to the American Arbitration Association’s (AAA) Roster of Arbitrators. Mr. Pralgever will serve on the AAA’s Employment, Commercial and Business, and Construction panels.
The AAA is a private, not-for-profit organization in the field of alternative dispute resolution, providing neutral and independent conflict resolution services to individuals and organizations throughout the United States. Accomplished attorneys with exceptional subject matter expertise, former federal and state judges, and business owners who understand the essence of the dispute are trained in a comprehensive program by the AAA to manage the dispute resolution process with fairness and skill, and an eye towards time- and cost-efficiency. Mr. Pralgever concentrates his practice in business and commercial litigation, with a special focus in corporate, partnership and LLC split-ups and dissolutions, condominium matters and representation of associations, estate litigation, employment issues, consumer fraud act litigation, real estate and intellectual property disputes. He has handled a wide variety of complex commercial and corporate litigation in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations in both New Jersey and New York. He is certified by the New Jersey Superior Court as a civil mediator.
