Alan S. Naar, vice-chair of the firm’s Litigation Department and chair of our Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group, recently spoke with New Jersey Business for a special feature on “The Case for Alternative Dispute Resolution. ” The article was published in the magazine’s September 2012 issue. New Jersey Business is a publication of the New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA), the largest statewide employer association in the country.
