Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is proud to announce that our partner Barbara J. Koonz is listed as one of this year’s “Enterprising Women in Commerce” in the August 2024 issue of Commerce Magazine, a publication of the Commerce & Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ).

For the fourth year, Commerce is spotlighting what the publication describes as “extraordinary women in business and academia to be recognized for their achievements.” Ms. Koonz is featured alongside a group of industry-specific “enterprising women” who have achieved professional success and demonstrate a breadth of accomplishments across the accounting, architecture, environmental, financial services, healthcare, higher education, human resources, law, marketing, non-profit, and real estate industries. This year’s honorees will be recognized on August 14, 2024, at the Enterprising Women in Commerce 2024 Awards Reception at the Glen Ridge Country Club.

Selected for her achievements in the legal industry, Ms. Koonz chairs the firm’s Energy, Renewable Resources & Sustainable Development Practice Group. As a member of the firm’s Environmental Department, she focuses her practice in the areas of environmental and energy law, with an emphasis on environmental permitting and compliance, renewable and clean energy projects, coastal and port-area projects, and A-901 licensing.
