Dennis A. Estis, a partner in the Woodbridge office of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP, has been named co-chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Construction Committee of the Section of Dispute Resolution of the American Bar Association (ABA). The purpose of the committee is to educate members in the use of ADR in the construction industry and attempt to foreclose disputes by use of ADR in this industry. It is one of the newest Committees in one of the newest Sections of the ABA.

Estis is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department and chairs its Construction Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in the area of complex commercial litigation and ADR, especially relating to construction and condominium law. Estis has represented a number of developer/corporations, profit and non-profit, numerous condominium associations and cooperative corporations, and many diverse parties in numerous construction cases. He has lectured extensively on construction law and ADR for the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry, the ABA Litigation Section, the Community Associations Institute, the NJ State Bar Association (NJSBA), and the NJ Institute of Continuing Legal Education. He is a past co-chair of the ABA Section of Litigation Construction Litigation Committee and a member of the NJSBA Construction Section.
