Dennis A. Estis, a partner in the Woodbridge office of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP, has been named President of the Board of Trustees of The Discovery Orchestra (TDO). He is presently in his second term as a member of TDO’s Board of Trustees. The goal of the Orchestra, formerly known as the Philharmonic Orchestra of New Jersey, is to use performance with interactive instruction to help develop music listening skills, thereby enabling audiences to have a better understanding of classical music.

Estis is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department and chair of its Construction Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in the area of complex commercial litigation and ADR, especially relating to construction and condominium law. He has served as chair of the Democratic Party of Union County, New Jersey, as a member of the board of directors of the Jewish Federation of Central New Jersey. In addition, Estis has served as a member of the board of directors of the NYU Law School Alumni Association, was president of its New Jersey Chapter, and is a past chair of the JHU New Jersey Alumni Chapter. He is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University and received his law degree from New York University School of Law.
